Some of my favourite panels from my visual essay, 'Angels in Visual Culture: Freedom of Artistic Expression,' where I compiled 100 images to observe the portrayal of angels as icons through artistic expression and symbolism through time. I applied each image to an infinitely revolving, kaleidoscopic clock without hands to symbolise the dynamic and ever-changing nature of how angels are represented. This invites viewers to appreciate the similarities and differences of angels in visual culture across diverse mediums and ideals, as well as recognise correlations that coexist - such as reflections of religion, personal perspectives, transcending norms, art paradigms and allegories.
